1. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. If you'd like your order faster, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. There are no hidden shipping fees — the cost you see at checkout is the cost you pay.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a separate email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak periods, such as holidays or major sales events.


4. Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking information hasn't updated within 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.


5. Fulfilment & Logistics

Buccardi Watchs fulfils orders from facilities located in the United States and China, allowing us to keep shipping free and delivery times as short as possible. Every product goes through the same strict quality control process before it ships, regardless of which facility it comes from. All orders are packed in reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to keep your item safe in transit.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Some orders are fulfilled directly from our facility in China. Buccardi Watchs covers all customs duties and import taxes on these orders (Delivery Duty Paid), so you will never be asked to pay any additional fees on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice you've entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately so we can correct it before your order is dispatched. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it to you free of charge. Please note that once a parcel is in transit, we're unable to redirect it.
